Carl J. Barger grew up in the Ozark Mountains of Cleburne County, Arkansas. He spent thirty-eight years working in the public schools of Arkansas, thirty-three as a superintendent of schools.
I’m Carl J Barger, a cheerful and adventurous soul who finds joy in every aspect of life. From exploring new destinations to immersing myself in the great outdoors, there’s never a dull moment. But above all, my heart is dedicated to my loving family.
Family holds a special place in my heart, and I prioritize the bonds that tie us together.
