Welcome to BU basketball!

Stan Grimaldi is a freshman and backup point guard for the Boston University Terriers men’s basketball team. Not only is he an athlete, but he’s also an intern to Senator Marc Marcom.

Stan makes friends easily, especially with his new sophomore roommate, Anthony Silvioni from Miami, Florida. Instead of seeking a warm weather college, Anthony headed to cold country. Yet he has grown even closer to his family.

Another friend comes unexpectedly into Stan’s life. Chris Martone is an engaging guy who is trying to overcome a diagnosis of mental illness.

Stan’s mentor, senior starting point guard “Preacher,” aims to become a real preacher. Then there’s the Big Bopper, the center and a wonderful teammate.

Other new friends are Choui Chin, the quiet small forward, and Kevin, the power forward and an aspiring novelist, who faces an uphill battle when personal tragedy strikes.

The Terriers have a huge fan base from the Boston neighborhood of “Southie.” Henry Gomez, a sophomore and his family’s first-generation college student, comes from Southie and is an integral part of the team.
