Book Synopsis:

There are those times in life when all we need is a simple inspirational phrase to accomplish the task set before us.   We are aware of our inner potential but to bring ourselves to manifest this potential seems to be difficult.   “100 Ways to Feel Inspired,” is aimed at unlocking this potential within us, as we continue our journey of love, peace and justice.  It is directed at giving us this sense of focus and direction.

This book is a result of experienced gain from nine years of teaching on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean and from seventeen years as a member of the Religious Congregation of Priests; the Sons of Mary Immaculate FMI.   My religious ministry has taken me to Dominica, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Saba, Tortola, Trinidad and Tobago, England and France. How long have you been writing?

I have been writing seriously for the past ten years

Would you like to share your age with readers? (Is your age in any way pertinent to your book subject?)

I am 45 years old.

What motivated you to write this book?

The human is always in need of motivation and affirmation.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up on the eastern coast of the Island of Dominica – bathed by the Atlantic Ocean – in a small village called Castle Bruce. The island of Dominica is not the Dominican Republic.   They are both two different islands in the Caribbean.

Are there any famous authors that inspire you?

Karl Rahner, Louis Marie Chauvet, Shakespeare, Mya Angelou and Ken foley, Fr. Clement Jolly

What do you do for a living? What is your day job or is writing your day job?

I am a Catholic Priest and presently I am pursuing postgraduate studies at Centre Sèvres, a Jesuit University in Paris.

Did you draw on life experience to write this book? If so, can you share that experience in brief?

I am presently studying in Paris and the sudden realization that I was alone, in a different environment; having to learn to speak the language was a major part of the motivation.  I wrote this book hoping it could help others as well.

Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

I am a Ham Radio Operator and I love poetry. I thank God for this small opportunity to contribute to this field of work that has such illustrious writers. I want to thank the Lord for guiding my thoughts.
