About the Author
Jack W. Cline is a resident of Grove City, Pennsylvania. He attended Allegheny College where he earned a B.S. in History and Economics, with Honors, and was an All American Golfer. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a J.D. degree, and won a national writing contest with the FIC (Vol.35; No. 3). He was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court and has extensively practiced trial law in Western Pennsylvania for 26 years. He is a partner in the law firm of Stranahan Stanahan & Cline. Attorney Cline is a President’s Club Member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he has contributed several briefs. He has won dozens of significant jury trials and several notable appellate court cases. His experience in the trenches of the criminal justice system is unsurpassed, and it has inspired him to recount the absurdities which have led this nation down the path to Yardbird USA, the world’s most prolific jail nation in history. Mr. Cline is a member of the Libertarian Party.
