Dianne Traynor lives in Melbourne, Australia. Raised in Perth , Western Australia, she relocated to Melbourne in her mid twenties and has lived in a number of inner city suburbs, by the bay, by the beach and in country Victoria, before making her way back home to Melbourne.
She is a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, an iceskater, a pianist, a lover of nature, a survivor and a believer in energies, truth and love.
When asked about her inspiration and motivation for writing, she simply replied:
“When I write, I am at peace. No matter whether I am writing something that some may consider dark, or be it romantic or playful, I am always at peace with my pad and pen.”
Drawing on a lifetime of experiences with love, loss, nature, grief and joy, Dianne puts pen to paper as if she was in the room with you, speaking with you and she writes with raw honesty.
Just don’t expect her to pull any punches! Her aim is always to go straight to your heart from hers.
