Eyes Blue, or Random Meanderings of a Manic Depressive by Alan Reed

About the Book

The unique poetry of Alan Reed was written to acknowledge and embrace his illness of manic depressive syndrome. He looks on it not as a liability, but as an opportunity to create something poignant and beautiful for readers to consider.

As a result, he has captured rare and wondrous ideas, thoughts and concepts in a manner never before associated with this form of mental illness. Eyes Blue is truly eye opening.

This colorful collection of verse and prose, Eyes Blue, or Random Meanderings of a Manic Depressive will take you on a heartfelt and introspective journey. The book’s overriding message is really quite simple: Acceptance is the way to inner peace.
